The Royal Bank & Post (RB&P) is responsible for financial affairs of the Kingdom. Currently, RB&P is introducing an independent Jirmanian currency. The provisional code and symbol of the currency is JCU (standing for Jirmanian Currency Unit). Until all features of the financial system are finalised, the value of the currency is pro tempore pegged to the price of a cup of espresso at a reference coffeehouse in Vienna (thus, de facto to the value of Euro).
